Refund policy

Each bracelet is customized to the submitted materials, sizes, and sequence. Change-of-mind returns or cancellations are not accepted after production begins. Currently unavailable for delivery to California.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed design, contact support@hewnarc.com within 7 days of delivery and include the order number plus clear photographs. We will review repair, remake, replacement, or refund options.

Parcels sent without authorization may be refused. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
