Shipping policy

Free U.S. Standard Shipping is available to eligible United States destinations. Currently unavailable for delivery to California. Orders with a California delivery address cannot be accepted while supplier-backed substrate, plating, nickel, lead, cadmium, and Proposition 65 documentation remains under independent review.

Orders are made to the exact submitted bracelet sequence. Total expected delivery is about 15 business days; please allow up to 18 business days. This estimate begins after payment is confirmed and includes made-to-order production plus transit. Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel.

Incorrect addresses, customs, severe weather, carrier disruption, and other events outside our direct control may cause delay, but customer care at support@hewnarc.com will help investigate.
